How to return an order or an item ?  

    • To return a product, please follow these simple steps: 

      1. Contact Customer Service: Let us know you'd like to return an item by contacting our Customer Service team. Specify the item(s) you're returning. 

      1. Follow Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. 

      1. Return Within 14 Days: Ensure you decide to return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your delivery. This period allows you to assess whether the item meets your expectations. Items you wish to return must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original labels and tags.

      Please note, food products cannot be returned once they have been delivered, due to health and safety reasons.

      At the moment, we’re unable to offer exchanges for items purchased in our online store.
