COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

1.1. Zebra A/S (hereafter “Flying Tiger”) is offering certain participant the opportunity to participate in the Flying Tiger Copenhagen DIY Competition (hereafter “Competition”) under the Competition terms and conditions as set hereunder (hereafter the “Terms”). 

1.2. Participation in the Competition is subject to acceptance of these Terms. By entering into the Competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms in full.

3. Competition Period

3.1. Entries may be submitted from 29 July 2026 to 19 August 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible. 

3.2. Public voting takes place from 29 July 2026 to 23 August 2026 (the “Voting Period”). 

3.3. Winners will be announced on 24 August 2026. 

 

4. Eligibility

4.1. The competition is open to individuals who: 

a) are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; 

b) reside in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain (Excl. Canary Islands), Sweden and United Kingdom and 

c) own a Flying Tiger Copenhagen DYI product, such as cups, mugs, plates, coasters, vases, bowls, or glasses (the “Product”). Proof of purchase is not required, but the Product must be clearly visible in the submitted photo. 

4.2. Employees of Zebra A/S are not eligible to enter. 

 

5. How to Enter

5.1. To enter the competition, participants must: 

a) access the competion page: [INSERT URL] and complete the registration form; 

b) provide a nickname, email address, and country of residence; 

c) upload a photo showing their Flying Tiger Copenhagen DIY Product in a creative or DIY context; and 

d) actively tick the marketing consent checkbox (see clause 8). 

5.2. Participation is free of charge. No purchase of a Product is required to enter, provided the participant already owns an eligible Product. 

5.3. Each participant may submit one (1) entry only. 

5.4. Where the submitted photo depicts a mug, the participant confirms that the rim and edge of the mug have not been painted. 

5.5. By submitting a photo, the participant confirms that: 

a) the photo is their own original work and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or other rights; 

b) the photo does not contain personal data of identifiable third parties (e.g. faces of the participants or other individuals); 

c) the photo does not contain any obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content;  

d) the photo has not been generated or materially altered by artificial intelligence tools; the photo must depict the participant's own physical Product;

5.6. Flying Tiger reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with clause 5.4, 5.5. or these Terms, and to remove any non-compliant entry from the gallery. 

 

6. Prizes

6.1. The Competition has three (3) prizes: 

- 1st place: A Flying Tiger webshop voucher of €50/ 50£/ 375 DKK/ 500 SEK/ 500 NOK/ 210 PLN per month for 12 consecutive months.

- 2nd place: A Flying Tiger webshop voucher of €30/ 30£/ 225 DKK/ 300 SEK/ 300 NOK/ 125 PLN per month for 12 consecutive months. 

- 3rd place: A Flying Tiger webshop voucher of €20/ 20£/ 150 DKK/ 200 SEK/ 200 NOK/ 85 PLN per month for 12 consecutive months.

6.2. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available. 

6.3. The first voucher code will be delivered to the winners to the email address provided at registration, 1-3 working days after the announcement date, cf. section 3.3 and will be active from receival until 30 September 2026. The following voucher codes will be delivered in the same manner at the start of each calendar month for 12 consecutive months and will remain active until the end of that month in which it was received. to the winners by email to the email address provided at registration.

6.4. Voucher codes not redeemed within the month of which it was received (not later than end of month) will expire, and no replacement will be provided. 

6.5. Prizes are provided without any warranty as to their tax treatment. Winners are solely responsible for any income tax, gift tax, or other tax liability arising from receipt of a prize in their country of residence. Flying Tiger makes no representation as to the tax treatment of prizes in any jurisdiction and recommends that winners seek independent advice if in doubt. FTC reserves the right to withhold taxes or obtain tax information where required by applicable local law. 

 

7. Selection of Winners

7.1. This is a performance-based competition (in Danish: “præstationspræget konkurrence”). Winners are selected by public vote on the competition platform. All eligible entries are displayed in a public gallery during the Voting Period. Each registered user has five (5) votes to allocate across entries during the Voting Period. 

7.2. The three entries receiving the highest number of votes at the close of the Voting Period will be awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize respectively, in order of votes received. 

7.3. In the event of a tie, the tiebreaker will be the earliest submission timestamp for the tied entries. 

7.4. Flying Tiger reserves the right to disqualify votes that appear to be generated by AI, automated means or are otherwise in bad faith. 

 

8. Winner Notification and Publication

8.1. Winners will be contacted by Flying Tiger by email to the email address provided at registration within five (5) business days of 24 August 2026. 

8.2. Winners will be asked to provide their first name and country of residence for publication purposes, and to give separate consent to publication of their name, country, and winning photo to Flying Tiger and it’s group companies’ social media channels, websites, and newsletter. Publication is conditional on the winner giving this consent at the time of notification. 

8.3. Winner names and countries will be announced on or around 24 August 2026 on Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s channels, incl. Instagram, Facebook, Flying Tiger Copenhagen Newsletter and https://flyingtiger.com/ subject to clause 8.2. 

8.4. If a winner does not respond to the notification email within 7 calendar days, or declines the prize, Flying Tiger reserves the right to select an alternative winner by applying the next highest vote count. 

 

9. Marketing Consent

9.1. Entry into this Competition is conditional on the participant consenting to receive marketing communications by email from Zebra A/S about Flying Tiger Copenhagen and its products, incl. newsletters, offers, and events. 

9.2. Participants can withdraw their marketing consent at any time with effect for the future by clicking “unsubscribe” in any marketing email received from Zebra A/S, or by contacting Flying Tiger’s Customer Service here: onlinesupport@flyingtiger.com 

9.3. Withdrawing marketing consent will not result in disqualification from the competition or forfeiture of any entry or prize. 

 

10. Personal Data

10.1. When entering into the Competition, Zebra A/S, as data controller, process the following personal data collected in connection with the Competition: ((nickname, email address, country, submitted photo)), as well in relation with providing you with marketing communications.  

10.2. Personal data is processed for the following purposes: 

- administering the competition and selecting winners (legal basis: performance of a contract); 
- notifying and publishing winners (legal basis: legitimate interest, subject to separate consent for publication); and 
- sending marketing communications (legal basis: consent). 

10.3. The Competition platform is operated by Flying Tiger’s supplier, Easypromo ([INSERT Easypromo legal entity name and address]), which processes personal data on behalf of Flying Tiger as a data processor under a data processing agreement. 

10.4. Participants have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR. For full information on how Flying Tiger processes personal data and on participants’ rights, please refer to Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s Privacy Notice 

10.5. Participants are reminded not to include personal data of themselves of third parties (including identifiable faces of other individuals) in their submitted photos. 

 

11. Photo Rights and Licence

11.1. By submitting a photo, the participant grants Zebra A/S and its group companies involved in running or promoting the Competition a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, publish, display, and reproduce the submitted photo for marketing and promotional purposes in connection with or reference to this Competition, including on social media, the Flying Tiger websites, and in newsletters. 

11.2. The participant retains ownership of the photo and warrants that they hold all necessary rights to grant the license in clause 11.1. 

11.3. Flying Tiger will not use submitted photos for purposes other than those described in these Terms without seeking separate consent. 

 

12. General

12.1. Flying Tiger Copenhagen is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues outside its control. 

12.2. Flying Tiger reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that such changes will not materially disadvantage participants who have already validly entered. 

12.3. These Terms do not affect any mandatory statutory rights that participants may have as consumers under applicable local law. 

 

13. Governing Law

13.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Denmark. 

13.2. These Terms does not affect any mandatory local law applicable in the participant’s country of habitual residence and the Terms shall not deprive the participant of the protection given to the participant by provisions which cannot be derogated from by agreement.
