John Dueholm, Chairman of Zebra A/S – the company behind the Flying Tiger Copenhagen brand – states: “I’m very pleased to announce Jens Aarup Mikkelsen as our new CEO. I regret to see Martin leave the company after seven years leading the business and wish him the best of luck with his new venture. However, we have a very strong internal successor ready. Jens’ appointment ensures continuity, stability and continued momentum, as he has been part of Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s leadership team since 2019 and brings extensive international experience and deep knowledge of the business. Jens has successfully developed and strengthened the international operations and played a central role in both shaping and executing the strategy. In particular, since 2021 he has led the franchise expansion outside Europe, which represents a key growth engine for the company going forward.”

Jens Aarup Mikkelsen will assume the role of CEO on 19 February 2026. Martin Jermiin will remain a member of the Board of Directors of Zebra A/S.
