Store Run Competition Terms and Conditions

The competition is organized by Zebra A/S, Strandgade 71-73, 1401 Copenhagen, CVR no. 15690488 (owner of the Flying Tiger Copenhagen stores in Sweden) – hereafter referred to as 'Flying Tiger Copenhagen'.

The Prize

One prize will be awarded, which consists of the winner participating in a Store Run at a Flying Tiger Copenhagen store of their choice in Sweden. A Store Run means the winner collects as many items as possible within 60 seconds. The winner must cross the finish line within 60 seconds and comply with the Store Run terms as specified in the competition terms and/or by Flying Tiger Copenhagen staff in the store. The value of the prize will therefore depend on the number of items collected within the 60 seconds.

Terms and Conditions for Participation

1. Participants in the competition must not be employed by Flying Tiger Copenhagen or Zebra A/S.

2. Participants must be at least 15 years old.

3. The winner of the competition is responsible for covering their own travel expenses associated with participating in the Store Run.

4. Items included in the prize are not covered by our standard return policy. For defective items, Flying Tiger Copenhagen is liable in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

5. The winner is required to wear the clothing/accessories provided by the staff at the Flying Tiger Copenhagen store.

6. During the Store Run, the winner may only take items (e.g., no gift cards) and must not 'pour' items into the shopping basket.

7. By participating in the Store Run, the winner agrees that Flying Tiger Copenhagen may (a) film and interview the winner during and in connection with the Store Run and/or (b) freely use the footage and the winner's name for marketing purposes on Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s social media platforms and associated companies.

8. Flying Tiger Copenhagen is not responsible for any technical challenges or issues that may affect participation in the competition or the final result.

9. The winner participates in the Store Run at their own risk. However, Flying Tiger Copenhagen can be held liable for injuries arising in connection with the competition in accordance with general compensation laws.

10. Flying Tiger Copenhagen reserves the right to (1) disqualify participants who act in violation of the competition terms and (2) exclude items from the prize if the winner has acted in breach of the Store Run instructions as described in the competition terms.

11. By participating in the competition, all of the above terms are accepted.
