You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this notification before heading to the store.
Yes. Someone else can collect your order on your behalf, as long as they have the order number and the confirmation email.
You have three days to collect your order once it’s ready. After that, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Yes, the service is completely free.
No, it isn’t possible to change the collection store once the order has been placed.
You should have received an email explaining why your order was canceled. If you haven't received this email, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service.
We aim to have your order ready for collection by the next day after 12:00 (noon). You’ll be notified by email as soon as it’s ready.
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please return it to the same store along with your order confirmation. Our team will help you with a replacement or refund according to our returns policy.
Yes. If you change your mind after placing a Pick up in Store order you have a few options:
- Call the store you selected as your pick-up location and ask them to cancel your order
- Visit the store in person and let our team know
- Or fill out this form to reach our customer service team
If it’s already too late to cancel, don’t worry. You don’t need to pick up the order. After 3 days it will be cancelled automatically, and your funds will be released back to your account within a few working days.
