Is the app free to download?

Yes, the app is free.

 

What is needed to register in the app?
Phone number and email address.

 

Can the app be used as a payment method? 
No, not at the moment.
 

Can you use the app if you are under 18?

No, you need to be 18 to be a club member. 

 

Where can I find the app? 
The app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.
 

Is an internet connection required to use the app?

Yes, a stable internet connection is necessary for the app to function optimally. 

 

Can I use multiple discounts simultaneously?

You cannot combine discounts or special offers with each other.

 

Can the app be used in all Flying Tiger Copenhagen stores?
Yes, the app can be used in all our stores in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland or Germany. However, it cannot be used in kiosks or Mishi stores yet. You can only use the app in the country that you registered and created an account in. For example, if you created an account in Denmark, you can only use your vouchers in Danish stores.

 

What languages can I use in the app?
You can use Danish, English, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or German in the app.

 

Can I return products with a discount or loyalty discount?

Yes, we accept returns of products purchased with discounts, including loyalty discounts. The return process followed our standard procedure.

 

Will my voucher be reissued if I return an item purchased with a voucher?
No, vouchers will not be reissued once the item is returned.

 

What if I activate a coupon but I don't use it?
If a voucher is activated but not used, the same voucher will be reissued the next day with the original expiry date.

 

Will the app still work if my phone forces dark mode?
Yes, the app will function as expected, even if your phone forces dark mode.

 

Can I change the font size in the app, or will it change based on my phone's settings?
The font size is predefined within the app and cannot be changed based on phone settings.

What data is required to sign up for an account?
You will need to provide both email address and phone number to sign up. However, only the phone number is verified.

 

Can I register multiple accounts using different emails to get more discounts?
No, the membership ID is linked to the customer's phone number. If you register with a new phone number, you will receive a new membership ID.

Who can use the app?
The app can be used by everyone, but the discount can only be used in Danish, Swedish, Finnish or German stores.
