Guided by Executive Management and a dedicated sustainability team, we track our progress monthly through refined KPIs. Our ambition is to lead sustainable retail globally, offering affordable products with minimal carbon footprint and reducing reliance on virgin fossil-based materials, helping secure a better planet for future generations.

In 2024 we are proud to have been awarded an EcoVadis silver medal for the third consecutive year, recognising our dedication to the environment, human rights, labour rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. This achievement places us among the top six percent of companies worldwide. Through diligent efforts towards our sustainability goals, we have often surpassed our own expectations.

We are proud to be part of the FSC®, reflecting our commitment to responsible forest management. Forests are vital for climate stability, water regulation and biodiversity, and because many of our materials are forest-derived or impact forest ecosystems, we are dedicated to protecting these essential resources. FSC® certification ensures biodiversity protection and respect for the rights of local communities and forest workers. Our FSC® certified product range includes notebooks, gift wrapping, napkins and paper cups, and almost all our wood and paper products are FSC® certified.
